PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI XXX

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara bersamaan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan empat puluh responden. Studi ini menganalisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajer di kantor XXX harus memberi tahu karyawan mereka bahwa mereka sangat bahagia dengan pekerjaan mereka. Peneliti menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja mereka, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja mereka, dan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja mereka. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan kerja mereka adalah 94,1%.
