ABSTRAK
Pasar modal dan dunia property mempunyai kaitan hubungan sebab investor bisa memutuskan untuk berinvestasi saham atau obligasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji dan
menganalisis kepemilikan institusional, dewan komisaris independen, profiitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan return on asset, dan likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan current ratio
terhadap return saham pada perusahan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI yang berjumah 48 perusahaan.. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 perusahan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purrposive
sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan property dan real estate 2015-2018.
Menggunakan metode analisis regres ilinieriberganda untuk menganlis idata. Dari hasilpenelitian disimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas (return on
asset), dan likuiditas (current ratio) tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan dewan komisaris independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap return saham.
ABSTRACT
The capital market and the property world have a relationship because investors can decide to invest in stocks or bonds. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, profitability proxied by return on assets, and liquidity which is proxied by the current ratio of stock returns on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The population of this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Stock
Exchange with 48 companies. The number of samples used is 30 companies. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data taken from the 2015-2018 property and real estate company financial statements. Using the method of this analysis is irradiated by the illiteracy to analyze data. From the results of the study, it was concluded that institutional ownership, profitability (return on assets) and liquidity (current ratio) had no effect on the way it was dealt with in a pure way of understanding, whereas the goddess in a variety of independent ways had an influence on the return.
